About

Dr Nik Steffens main interest is in psychological drivers that make groups and organisations fairer, more motivating, more effective, and healthier. His work focuses on social identity and team work processes in social and organisational contexts including leadership and followership, motivation and creativity, and health and well-being. Nik’s role in the Hub will contribute specialist expertise for assessing occupant health benefits in timber buildings, with a focus on the interface between behavioural experience and workplace performance.
